The Akkeshi Taisho makes up part of the up and coming distillery's Solar Terms series that celebrates the different terms that make up the Japanese solar calendar. This bottle honours The Peak of Summer and the whisky inside is filled with a range of floral and fruity notes that activate the senses on the nose, palate and finish. Much like the other bottles in the series, it's a top quality release and one that is highly limited in numbers.
