This excellent Japanese craft gin comes from Kagoshima's Sata Souji Shoten distillery, most famous for making a range of delicious shochu. This 'Fuyu' bottling was created using as many as six different types of botanicals, including orange, juniper, sweet potato, eggplant and passion fruit. It's a bold and delicious expression that is a must try for gin-lovers.
