This exciting single malt whisky from the famous Akashi White Oak Distillery was finished in a top quality sherry umeshu cask that has resulted in an expression that displays balance and complexity in equal measure. It brings everything from dried berries and cinnamon to milk chocolate, malt and dry oak and exhibits a medium length, sweet and spicy finish that will keep you coming back for more.
