This exciting single cask whisky was distilled at the Akashi White Oak Distillery and matured in a quality Pedro Ximenez sherry cask for 3 years before bottling. It brings an excellent range of and fruity notes and dried oak that mingle perfectly with the gentle peat and sea salt that are often found in Akashi whiskies. This one is a limited edition that was released to celebrate the Chagata Park 10th Anniversary and it is hard to find anywhere else online.
