This rare release from Eigashima Shuzō—Japan’s oldest licensed whisky producer (since 1919)—is a single malt matured for 5 years in virgin American oak from Kyoto’s artisan cooperage Ariake Sangyō, then finished for 6 months in Oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered and uncoloured, it was limited to just 1,000 bottles worldwide—making it a standout for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
