This delicious sherry cask whisky was distilled at the Akashi White Oak Distillery in Eigashima. It was then aged in a top quality Pedro Ximenez cask for 3 years before bottling and it brings a rich and fruity range of aromas and flavours to the table, including dark chocolate, sweet dates, sticky toffee and red berries. It's another superb creation from a highly experienced distillery that is well worth adding to any collection.
