A sublime 3 Year Old from Akashi that was sake cask matured, adding a depth of flavour that is hard to rival in a whisky this young. It brings vanilla, citrus fruits, a little peat, caramelised apples, buttered toast, milk chocolate and much more to the table. It's an incredibly accomplished expression that will keep you coming back for more, time and time again.
