This beautiful single malt was distilled at the Akashi White Oak distillery in Eigashima in 1997 and matured in a Spanish oak sherry cask for 12 Year Old before being bottled at cask strength in 2010. It's a single cask whisky, of which only 102 bottles were produced, and it brings together rich, fruity sherried notes with the punchy, maritime notes of Eigashima whisky. Yet another fantastic creation from one of Japan's most popular distilleries.
