This smooth, fruity Akashi 6 Year Old single malt that was matured for 5 and a half years in cognac casks before being transferred to a first-fill red wine barrel for a 6 month finishing period. The results are a rich, fruity and incredibly smooth whisky that brings a range of intriguing, well-balanced notes to your nose and palate. As a single cask whisky, quantities are highly limited.
