dekanta's 11th Anniversary Collector's Edition Single Malt whisky is almost ready for release. For this one, we worked with our partners at Kiyokawa to create a unique expression that breaks new ground in Japanese whisky.

It's a single cask expression produced at Kiyokawa's Iiyama Mountain Farm Distillery and matured in a single Marsala cask from Sicily. This is the first time a Japanese whisky has spent its full maturation period inside a Marsala Cask.
