This Ginjo sake from Fukui breweries is called Mine No Hakubai Kagayaki, and is a truly excellent drink. Brewed from the early maturing Gohakymangoku rice originating in the region which delivers a faint, dry taste. Sold in beautiful light blue bottles. This sake is pure delight.
