This brilliant Akashi 4 Year Old single malt was matured in a top quality Pedro Ximenez cask that has imparted a delectable range of fruity and spicy notes onto the smooth spirit. Expect dried berries, sticky dates, lashings of toffee and cinnamon spice, all backed up by hints of fresh sea salt flakes. It's a superb creation from a distillery that has been plying it's trade for over half a century. Released for Whisky Messe 2022, it's also highly collectible.
