Japanese craft gin from Yomeishu Seizo, Nagano's century-old herbal-liqueur house, distilled at Komagane in the Central Japanese Alps. The signature botanical is kuromoji (Japanese spicebush) — a native aromatic wood at the heart of Yomeishu's botanical library.
Alongside kuromoji: juniper, blackberry twig, lemon peel, apricot leaf, mulberry, sickle fir, Sichuan pepper, ginger, licorice, sage, cardamom, rosemary, bay leaf, orange peel, goji berry, spruce needles, angelica root, cinnamon and aniseed.
