The fourth chapter in the Trinitas series is a powerful ode to the three most prominent pioneers of Japanese Whisky.
These great craftsmen produced exceptional expressions that were ahead of their time, and were instrumental in developing the industry into a recognized leader around the globe. The Trinitas bottles pay homage to blender Shimzaki, blender Inoue and former president Mr. Akuto - the father of Japanese Whisky legend Ichiro Akuto.
This expression highlights one of Japan’s most treasured oak varieties: Mizunara. Known for its rare grain, porous texture, and highly aromatic character, Mizunara oak lends a distinctive, unmistakably Japanese elegance to whisky and Trinitas No. 4 captures its full complexity with reverence and intensity.
Crafted by master blenders using an exclusive selection of premium Japanese malt whiskies, all matured in Mizunara casks, this release is as bold as it is balanced. Each whisky chosen for the blend was aged for a minimum of 5 years, allowing the unique properties of the Mizunara to fully integrate and shine..
