Each boxset comes complete with 9 superb Japanese whiskies from the country’s best producers, many of which have picked up prestigious awards throughout the years. This includes the likes of the Yamazaki 12, the Taketsuru 17 Year Old, the Hibiki 17 Year Old and many more.

For this stunning set, dekantā worked closely with production company BBE to gain access to 9 incredible Japanese Jazz tracks from some of the biggest names in the industry, including several unreleased tracks. An Artistic Masterpiece

Created by contemporary illustrator and animator, Edu Fuentes, the album cover is a reimagining of Kitagawa Utamaro’s ‘Kinko Riding Catfish’, originally a woodblock print; here Kinko rides through the city of Tokyo at night, muted shades turning fluorescent, spotlighting the vibrancy of modern Japan and the culture of J Jazz.

The First Japanese Whisky & Jazz Boxset

This limited edition collection features nine 5cl miniatures of Japanese whisky from the country’s most highly regarded releases: Yamazaki 12, Taketsuru 17 Year Old, Hibiki 17 Year Old, The Kigai, Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve, Hibiki Harmony and Matsui Mizunara Cask. Each whisky has been selected based on flavor profile in order to perfectly complement the Japanese Jazz track it has been paired with.
