A stunning single cask shochu that was distilled at the Satsuma Sake Brewery before being matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 14 years, which has imparted a deep golden colour and a number of sweet, sticky and fruity notes onto the spirit. It's a fabulous expression that really comes alive on your palate. If you're a fan of shochu, or are looking to try your first bottle, this one comes highly recommended.
