An amazing whiskey. I treated it like I do my single malt scotches. First taste, neat: Extremely smooth with an accent on the oak and a bit of caramel. I added about 2 mL. water to the standard dram. The whiskey immediately blossomed. The caramel came forward, the oak was present but subdued and it finished with dark cherry. Beautiful stuff!
