This new pot release from the Saburomaru distillery was created using malt peated to 52PPM. In case you were wondering, that's a lot! Straight off the still, this spirit can't legally be classed as whisky, but it gives us a peak into what we can expect from the up coming distillery in years to come. Expect lots of smoky notes backed up by mixed fruits.
