Introducing the single malt whisky that will be released, Peak Malt Mino Yoro Single Malt The First Edition 2024. An elegant and classic-smelling Japanese single malt whisky. Honoring the Scotch malt bourbon that was available for purchase up until almost 40 years ago. Gyokusendo Shuzo uses a small pot still to distill it twice using British barley malt. Aged in a Spanish sherry barrel, the raw liquor is made in a middle cut utilizing only the main distillate and not the fore or residual distillates. It is distinguished by a deep sherry-type fragrance of 100% malt. Never to be produced again, not even in the next century, the distillery's firstrelease is a single malt whisky. Rich vanilla and chocolate notes blend with a smoky, sherry-like scent. Experience the refined taste of this Japanese single malt whisky, "Ushkubeha," which is supposed to be the water of life and inspires the origin of the name whisky. Admire the refinement and concentrated umami that distinguish overlapping single malts.
