Mars Shinshu might not be the largest whisky distillery in Japan, but it more than makes up for its size with its elegance and grace. This particular Mars Malt Gallery is a 23 year old Single Cask whisky. It was aged in an American White Oak Cask, distilled in 1985 and was bottled in 2009. Presented with a box and only limited bottles ever released!
