This new pot release from Hombo Mars was created from lightly peated spirit and bottled straight from the still, without cask maturation. As such, it's not actually whisky, but it does offer a glimpse into the process at Mars, allowing us to sample their excellent new make spirit and get a feel for what it is that makes Mars whiskies so special.
