Kumano Japanese Craft Gin is produced by Kishu-Kumano Distillery in Kamitonda Town, Wakayama Prefecture — on the doorstep of the Kumano Kodō UNESCO World Heritage pilgrimage route. Bottled at 53% ABV in a 500 ml bottle, distilled with 19 botanicals including juniper, coriander, caraway, Yoshino cedar, star anise, allspice, clove, cinnamon, yuzu peel, Satsuma mikan peel, sudachi, sanshō pepper and Kishu ginger.
