This elegant, smooth and fruity expression from Kirin was created at their Fuji Gotemba distillery using three different still types - a pot still, a continuous still and a doubler that is generally used for bourbon and sake making. This has brought three unique styles of spirit to the release and they blend seamlessly to create a unique and complex expression.
