This hand-filled Kanosuke Bourbon Cask whisky was produced at the increasingly popular Kanosuke distillery in Kagoshima, Japan. The bourbon cask has imparted a wonderful array of light, sweet notes on the spirit, including vanilla, butterscotch and toasted oak to name just a few. These combine with subtle smoky notes from the peated malt to create something that is well-rounded, intriguing and easy to drink. Well worth trying!
