Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees, it is owned by Venture whisky which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama just outside of Tokyo, hence its name. This particular bottle was aged at Chichibu. Distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2012, it is a double oak single barrel American whisky that was released for Ken’s diamond anniversary and a new bar opening. A double celebration it is! Only 238 bottles ever released.
