Chichibu distillery is a small distillery with only nine full-time employees. The distilleryis owned by Venture whisky, which was founded in 2004 in Chichibu city, Saitama, just outside of Tokyo (hence its name). This particular Single Cask offering form Ichiro was released in Tokyo's Isetan Department Store.Aged in 2009 in a French Oak Cask #2357 until being bottled in 2014. Only limited bottles ever released with 63.1% abv. As witheverything else from the Chichibu distillery, it is highly recommended.
