You’ve heard about Ichiro Akuto, right? His family have been in the alcoholic beverage making industry since the 1600s. Ichiro’s father ran the Hanyu distillery and began experimenting with whisky making until his unfortunate bankruptcy. Ichiro then founded his own distillery, named Chichibu, located in Saitama, just outside of Tokyo. This particular Ichiro's malt chichibu single malt bottle was released last 2015. Only 400 bottles ever made!
