Kiuchi Sake Brewery is located in Naka, Ibaraki Prefecture, and produces a craft beer known as "Hitachino Nest Beer"along with wine, liqueurs, shochu, and sake. Their mission was to introduce the globe to Kiuchi Sake Brewery's exclusive line of Japanese whisky. The Yasato Distillery was constructed at the eastern foot of Mount Tsukuba, in the Yasato area of Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture, with the goal of developing the production of Japanese whisky. The environment and abundant, high-quality spring water from Mount Tsukuba are the sources of the whisky produced by Kiuchi Brewery.
