According to the wine regulations of Spain, one of the major wine powers in the world, only the best wines are permitted to refer to themselves as "Vino de Pago". This stunning amber colored deliverstop notes of apricot and crisp grapefruit. The aroma is delicious and milky, evocative of cream cheese and strawberry mousse. Ripe cassis and cherry fruit spread progressively, along with a mild toast fragrance. The flavor is silky smooth, with a cotton candy-like sweetness, acidity similarof dark cherries, and dried fruit notes. The aftertaste has a nutty aroma indicative of walnuts and almonds, as well as a mellow flavor that balances sweetness and sourness.
