This excellent Japanese craft gin comes from Kagoshima's Sata Souji Shoten distillery, most famous for making a range of delicious shochu. This 'Natsu' bottling was created using as many as six different types of botanicals, including orange, juniper, tea and plum. It's a bold and delicious expression that is slightly spicy and salty with lots of sweet fruit in the background. A must try for gin-lovers.
