This old & rare Yamazaki single malt is a single cask whisky from the famous Owner’s Cask series, which allowed private individuals to purchase unique casks for Yamazaki whisky. Long gone are those days, but the quality, rarity and collectible nature of these expressions remains today. This particular expression was distilled in 1990 and matured in a top quality sherry butt barrel for a 15 whole years, resulting in a rich, ruby red colour and a whole array of incredible tasting notes including raising, sticky dates, honey, gentle vanilla and a range of red berries. As a single cask whisky, of which only 442 bottles were produced, this bottling is highly sought after by collectors around the globe.
