The Nippon Cocktail is a refreshing, sweet creation that has been popular around the world since it was created by Guissepe Gallo, a legendary Italian mixologist who is widely regarded as one of the best in the world.
To create this beauty, he used blended Japanese whisky, vermouth, ginger and lemon, and the cocktail exhibits all of these and more, with gentle honeysuckle lingering throughout. It’s a superb creation that is best served in a coupe glass and is perfect as an aperitif. It’s also one of the easiest to make cocktails that simply requires stirring and straining.
