Crafted by Hombo Shuzo, the family-owned producer behind Mars Whisky, May & Luna is a blend of malt and grain whiskies matured in a mix of American white oak, ex-sherry, new American oak, and ex-Sakura casks. The use of ex-Sakura (cherry wood) casks imparts a delicate floral aroma, while the inclusion of lightly peated malt adds a subtle smoky depth, creating a beautifully layered spirit with gentle sweetness, soft fruit, and a delicate umami complexity.
