The Eigashima distillery is a small Ji-whisky maker, located in Hyogo prefecture. Chiefly known for making Sake and Shochu, they first entered the local whisky market in 2007. The Single Malt Whisky Uozumi is their premium product, far more refined than the cheaper White Oak Akashi. Recommended for those who want a high grade Ji-Whisky.
